It is fitting for my Grand Opening to occur during this upcoming season of Thanksgiving. I am grateful to have the opportunity to work in a field I love, doing what brings me joy - helping others attain improved health and wellness. In honor of this giving season, I am giving away 50 hours of free coaching starting today, October 30, through December 3. You may be able to get 5 weeks of coaching in for free if you start right away! The hours will be given on a first-come, first-serve basis. I will schedule follow up appointments for free as long as hours remain.
