Initial Comprehensive Coaching Session

Service Description

Prior to this session, you will receive a link to a health assessment. We will use your completed assessment as a guide for our conversation at this session. During this session, we will discuss where you are now with your health and wellness and where you want to be. We will put together a vision statement for you as well as start to map out a Health Action Plan to help you achieve your health vision. This is a longer appointment. Following appointments, called Ongoing Coaching Sessions, will be around 40-45 minutes.
